Try these Yoga Asanas, improve digestion

In the run-of-the-mill life, problems related to digestion are arising in people due to drinking less water or not paying attention to food and drink. In which generally problems like gas, constipation, acidity are being seen in people. Regular practice of Yoga asana Vajrasana, Kapalbhati and Agnisara Kriya to keep the digestive system correct.
1. Method of doing Vajrasana
After eating, sit down on a mat. Bend both the knees and sit down on the toes. Keep in mind that the toes of both the feet are meeting together and there should be a little distance between the ankles. Put the entire body on your feet. While doing Vajrasana, keep the waist straight.
Now sit in this position for ten minutes and take long breaths. During Vajrasana, there is maximum pressure on the central part of the body. During this, there is a slight pressure on the stomach and intestines, due to which the problem of constipation is removed and digestion remains fine.
Benefits of Vajrasana
It provides strength to the muscles of the stomach, stomach and uterus. This asana is very useful for hernia diseases. Sciatica and the tension of the lower part of the spine and legs can be relieved through this asana. Regular practice of Vajrasana is helpful in keeping diseases like varicose veins, joint pain and arthritis away. This asana helps in reducing weight and making the body shapely.
Caution
Those people who have knee pain or any problem should not do this asana. Doing this asana after eating food will give more benefit.

2. Method of Kapalbhati Pranayama
Sit straight on a mat and then come into the position of Padmasana. Bend both the knees and while keeping the left foot on the right foot with the hands towards the sky, inhale and then exhale while contracting the stomach inward. Do this action continuously.
In Kapalbhati, effort is made to exhale rapidly only once every second. After exhaling, let the breath come in normally without making any effort. If you feel tired, make sure to stop in between and take rest.
Benefits of Kapalbhati Pranayama
It also increases the power of meditation. Mental stress and asthma are cured by doing Kapalbhati. Kapha disease is cured by doing Kapalbhati. Kapalbhati Pranayama removes lung disease and this exercise strengthens healthy lungs.
Kapalbhati Pranayama is helpful in reducing fat and weight from the body. Pranayama increases the digestive power of the human body. It is also beneficial to remove the weakness of the intestines. It gives relief from all kinds of stomach diseases. The problems of gas, constipation and blood disorders are removed.
Caution
People suffering from the problem of high blood pressure, heart disease, and severe back pain should not do it. While doing this, the waist should be absolutely straight. Do not do Kapalbhati Pranayama immediately after eating food. Practise Kapalbhati in the beginning 5 to 10 times while breathing in and out. Then gradually increase it with practice. Those who have pain in the knees, they should do it by sitting in a normal position without coming in the position of Padmasana.
3. Agnisara Kriya
This action can be done sitting or standing. First of all, stand straight. Make an equal distance between both the feet. Leaning slightly forward, place both hands on your thighs and inhale. Inhale the breath simultaneously and then release it rapidly. Then while holding the breath, pull the abdominal muscles inwards and then push them outwards. Do this action continuously. While holding the breath, repeat this action as many times as you can.
Do this action 5 times in the beginning, then increase it according to the capacity. When you feel tired, stop this activity and take a breath. After some time, repeat this action back and turn the stomach inside out.
Benefits of Agnisara Kriya
This will reduce belly fat and remove stomach related disorders.
Caution
Those who have high blood pressure, heart problems should not do this action. Do not do this action after eating food.
