If you are a provider, logging in to ElationEMR is an essential part of your practice. Elation is a HIPAA compliant and ONC certified EHR that provides primary care practices and physicians with the clinical tools they need to deliver phenomenal patient care. The Elation platform features four phases of patient care and enables patients to update preferred contact information with any provider within the Elation Provider Network. It also includes patient communication tools, including email and message capabilities, to stay connected with other ElationEMR users.
Patient Passport
If you would like to invite a patient to your Passport, you can do so. Patients will receive a notification when their visit summary is shared in their Passport. They will receive an email or text when the summary is shared, and everything in their “Vitals” will be shared automatically. The process is similar to creating a new patient account. If you would like to limit access to this patient portal, you can set it to only share information with your staff.
Elation Passport allows patients to manage their health from anywhere, anytime, and share critical clinical information with their healthcare providers. The system enables patients to review lab results, stay updated with their care plan, and send messages to their providers. Elation Passport also allows patients to view, share, and store their medical history and current medications. Patients can share critical health information with their care team through this secure portal. This application also offers push notifications, camera support, and other features that make it easy to manage a patient’s health information.
One-Login
The ElationEMR provider network is the key to smart collaboration between doctors and providers. Physicians manage all aspects of patient care with just a few clicks. Most EMR products were designed for compliance and billing purposes, but ElationEMR focuses on the frontline provider and bringing them the right information at the right time. As part of the standard subscription, physicians get all ElationEMR services, including the Elation Provider Network and Passport patient information system.
To make sure that your current system administrator does not have access to the ElationEMR system, you need to fill out this form. You will be asked to sign in with your email address and your provider’s name. Once you’ve filled out this form, contact ElationOne Security. ProviderOne Security will disable the previous system administrator’s access to the system. They will then assign your new system administrator with a new set of confidential login credentials. You’ll be notified via email twice before the new system administrator can log in to the ElationEMR provider portal.
Setting up Notifications in ElationEMR
You can customize email notifications from Elation’s Calendar & Booking feature. To set up your notifications, go to the Preferences section of the “Booking Site” page. Select the setting “Send treating provider an email when a patient books an appointment.” You’ll get an email whenever a patient makes a booking. In the “Setting up Notifications” section, select the preferred email address for receiving messages. You can choose a period from one day to three months.
Passport patients can sign up for the Booking Site and select their preferred email address. Once logged in, patients can easily book appointments by using the Booking Site. If you’d like to limit the settings of the Booking Site, you can select “Admin only.”
Accessing patient charts on a smartphone
Accessing patient charts on a smartphone is easy with Elation Passport. Patients can access their records through a web browser or the Elation Passport for Patient smartphone app. This secure online portal allows patients to receive messages from their healthcare providers. Moreover, it allows patients to share critical health information with other healthcare professionals.
